At night winking you come near staring — between your winks — at my face; you want my face my eyes and my gaze face to face with the magic of your gaze the magic of your smile. As if an acquaintance from beyond time my own kin someone lost suddenly found; and the world with horizon upon horizon and birth upon birth is found with you; in me in my arms I in your arms. With the gentle breaths of stocks you wind around me; with the caresses of ears of grain hidden in the collar of your shirt, you wind around me. Veil after veil to the depths of my valley you roam, to the depths of the wells of my pupils; and all your sweet sighs you hang around my neck around the lobes of my ears and a gem of a kiss you set in the hollow of my navel — the great diamond on the ring — we pass through the wall behind the wall. We pass like a soul among great souls the way opened before us: staring into the laughter of our eyes staring into the dance of a thousand petals on our bodies to the joyful melody of the rainbow.
